How soon will I receive my order?

Can I change my order?

Note: Our return address is located abroad, so ensure you send your return via a tracked shipping service to the correct address for a refund.
What is the Money-Back Guarantee?

What is the 14-day cooling-off period?
The 14-day cooling-off period gives customers time to report any issues or concerns with their orders. Refunds and returns are not accepted after this period.
Why are some items in my order missing?
Orders may be shipped in separate packages due to weight restrictions or because the items come from different suppliers. If you’ve ordered multiple products, it’s possible they’ll arrive at different times. Rest assured, your remaining items are on their way and typically arrive within 1–3 business days.
